Pricing & Booking
What does it cost after the ROT or RUT deduction?
Fast and reliable help with small jobs and repairs in Skåne – clear pricing with no surprises
Eligible services may qualify for ROT or RUT deductions.
Depending on eligibility, labor costs can be reduced by up to 50% (RUT) or 30% (ROT).
RUT deductions are available for both renters and homeowners.
ROT deductions apply to homeowners for qualifying work.
Pricing is based on a half-day or full-day rate, depending on the scope of work.
A half-day covers up to 4 hours.
A full day covers up to 8 hours.
The full price is always shown upfront.
Final cost may be reduced with ROT or RUT deductions depending on eligibility and type of work.
A full day allows more work to be completed in a single visit, while a half-day works well for smaller or more focused tasks.
If additional time is needed, work continues at an hourly rate based on the full-day price divided by 8 hours.
Not sure if your task fits?
For most small jobs, the easiest option is to book a time directly.
The calendar is always up to date, and work typically begins right away.
Details can be reviewed on arrival and adjusted if needed.
If anything is unclear, you’re always welcome to send a message — but in most cases, booking first is the fastest way to get help.
For larger or more complex projects, a fixed price can sometimes be arranged — see the section below for details.

ROT & RUT Deduction
Many homeowners and apartment owners in Sweden can use ROT or RUT deductions for work carried out in the home. The deduction is applied directly on the invoice when the conditions are met and can significantly reduce the labor cost.
ROT typically applies to work in the home, for example:
🔧 Minor repairs and maintenance
🪚 Carpentry work and installation of shelves or cabinets
💡 Installation of lamps and lighting
🎨 Painting and simple renovation work
RUT applies to certain household services, for example:
🪑 Furniture assembly
📦 Moving help within the home
🧰 Simple service and practical help around the home
Please note that ROT and RUT apply only to labor costs. Materials, travel, and any parking fees are generally not included in the deduction.
The final assessment of whether a job qualifies for ROT or RUT is always made by the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) according to their current rules and conditions.
For full details on rules, limits, and eligibility, it is recommended to read more directly on the Skatteverket website.
