All prices include VAT. The minimum booking is one half day.


Estimated prices after ROT/RUT are provided as a guideline.

Final deduction depends on eligibility and available allowance with Skatteverket.

Half Day – Morning or Afternoon

6,000 SEK including VAT

Up to 4 hours

• Approximately 3,000 SEK after maximum RUT

• Approximately 4,200 SEK after maximum ROT

Suitable for smaller jobs or a prioritized list of tasks. Available morning and afternoon times are shown in the booking calendar.

Full Day

10,000 SEK including VAT

Up to 8 hours

• Approximately 5,000 SEK after maximum RUT

• Approximately 7,000 SEK after maximum ROT

The best value for several tasks, larger installations or work that may require adjustments as it progresses.

The eight-hour appointment includes a meal break of up to 30 minutes. Normal active working time is therefore up to approximately 7.5 hours.

Evenings & Weekends

Evening and weekend work is available when needed and is charged at +50% compared to standard pricing.

The after-deduction examples assume that the full amount consists of eligible labor. The final deduction depends on the work performed, customer eligibility and Skatteverket’s approval.

About your booking

Your booking reserves a set amount of time. It does not guarantee that every submitted task can be completed during that period. The booked period begins when I park at your location and ends when I leave. Please list your tasks in priority order so the most important items are handled first. I will work through as much as can reasonably be completed during the booked period. If the complete task list cannot be finished, additional time or another appointment may be required. The amount completed may be affected by access, working conditions, wall or building construction, product condition, missing materials or additional work discovered after starting.

Why Most Small Jobs Do Not Require a Separate Site Visit

For most small jobs, clear photographs, measurements, product links and a short description provide enough information to prepare properly and begin working during the first visit. Direct booking avoids unnecessary delays and means the person reviewing your information is also the person who arrives and performs the work. If the situation differs from the information provided, the work can be assessed and adjusted after arrival.

Extra Costs

Travel

There is no separate travel fee within the normal working area: Central Lund Malmö Helsingborg Lomma Landskrona Outside the normal working area, travel is charged at 15 SEK per kilometre including VAT. Any applicable travel charge is confirmed before the booking is accepted. Travel charges do not qualify for ROT or RUT deductions.

Arrival and Parking

Billing begins when I arrive by car and park at the provided address. Parking fees are added where applicable. Providing the exact entrance, best unloading location and parking information before arrival helps save time.

Materials

Materials are charged at cost. Larger purchases, special-order products or unusually expensive materials are agreed in advance. Advance payment may be required for larger material purchases. Materials do not qualify for ROT or RUT deductions.

Good to Know

Cancellation

A cancellation fee of 850 SEK may be charged if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled starting time.

Payment

Payment is normally completed on-site at the end of the work, usually by Swish. Invoice payment or advance payment may be used when agreed beforehand. Existing confirmed bookings retain the prices agreed when they were booked.

Preparation

Sending photographs, product links, measurements and clear instructions in advance helps save time and ensures that the correct tools can be brought from the start. Please also list multiple tasks in priority order.

Access

For apartment buildings or properties with access restrictions, please make sure entry is possible when I arrive so work can begin immediately. Please provide the correct entrance, floor number, gate codes and information about stairs or elevator access in advance. If the entrance is difficult to find or located on another street, please provide clear directions or a map pin.

Additional Time

If work extends beyond the booked period, additional time is charged at 1,250 SEK per hour including VAT, up to a total booking period of eight hours. Time beyond eight hours on the same day is charged at 1,875 SEK per hour including VAT. Additional time is performed only with your approval and is subject to availability.

Booking

Use the online calendar to choose a morning half day, afternoon half day or full day.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation by SMS or email. If more information is needed before the appointment, you will be contacted.

Work Begins

Work normally begins directly upon arrival. The booked period begins when I park at the provided address. The highest-priority tasks are handled first.

Payment

Payment is normally completed at the end of the work, usually by Swish.

Fixed Price — On Request

For larger or more complex projects, a fixed price can sometimes be arranged instead of time-based billing. This is not the standard option and requires clear information in advance, such as: Photographs of the job or installation area Links to products being installed Relevant measurements Drawings or plans, when available Clear instructions about the intended result A fixed price is only possible when the scope of work and site conditions can be clearly defined in advance. The fixed price applies only to the agreed scope. Changes or additional work discovered after starting must be discussed and agreed separately.

ROT & RUT Deductions

Many homeowners and apartment owners in Sweden can use ROT or RUT deductions for qualifying work carried out in the home. The deduction is applied directly to the invoice when the requirements are met and can significantly reduce the eligible labor cost.

ROT

ROT may provide a deduction of up to 30% of eligible labor including VAT. Depending on the property and the specific work, qualifying ROT work may include: Repairs and maintenance Painting Replacement of floors, walls or ceiling materials Qualifying carpentry and renovation work Replacement or renovation of eligible fixed kitchen fittings Certain qualifying electrical or building installations

RUT

RUT may provide a deduction of up to 50% of eligible labor including VAT. Qualifying RUT work may include: Assembly and disassembly of furniture Moving furniture and household belongings within the home Mounting and removing curtains, curtain rods and roller blinds Certain other practical household services covered by the current rules Eligibility always depends on the exact work and circumstances. ROT and RUT apply only to eligible labor actually performed. Materials, travel, parking, equipment and other non-eligible costs are paid in full. The actual deduction also depends on: The type of work performed Whether the customer and property meet the requirements The customer’s remaining annual deduction allowance Skatteverket’s final approval A Swedish personal number is required when requesting ROT or RUT.
